Move and Listen Yoga with Christine Schieberle

Come dressed comfortable in layers, be prepared to lie on the ground by bringing a mat. Bring your open curiosity to discover something within yourself either physical, mental, emotional, that you can take with you into the rest of your day or life and imagine that, enjoy the experience.
The movements are inspired by Yoga poses but no previous experience is necessary.
You will be guided to bring your breath into the backbody, possibly the most relaxing place for the breath to be, and experience the effects on your body and thoughts. Expect to leave refreshed and calm.
