Daily we are all inundated with negative information and high levels of stimulation.   We need to have tools available to us that we can draw on when the daily stresses rise.  In this workshop, we will release emotions and negative energy, learn distraction techniques to neutralize our racing thoughts, and fill ourselves up again with plenty of positive!
