In this workshop we will cover why a holistic "whole being" approach is necessary when it comes to healthy, lasting weight release, and in developing a healthy relationship to food, our body and our relationship to ourselves. Self love, intuitive eating, mindset, and emotional healing as well as the basics of healthy nutrition will be covered. We will also be covering the lies you have been told about how to lose weight, as well as physiological factors that may be blocking you from achieving your health goals.
